We guarantee that our work will be performed professionally and according to industry standards. Any warranty provided will be clearly mentioned in the service agreement. Warranty exclusions include damage due to misuse, natural wear and tear, alterations by third parties, or external events beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate project information, required approvals (including permissions from authorities or housing societies, if applicable), and access to the property during the agreed work schedule. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and pricing.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Renew Your Residence, its team, or subcontractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

7. Changes & Additional Work

Any changes requested by the client after project commencement, including additional work or material upgrades, will require a revised quotation and written approval. Additional costs may apply.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Project cancellations initiated by the client after signing the service agreement will be subject to cancellation charges. Payments made toward completed work, purchased materials, or services already rendered are non-refundable.
